Ideally located between Dénia and Oliva, this villa with a private swimming pool accommodates up to 8 guests and is situated just 1 km from the beach (500 m as the crow flies).
A prime location on the Costa Blanca, perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, combining sea, sunshine and relaxation.
🏡 4-Bedroom Air-Conditioned Villa – Sleeps 8
The villa features:
✅ 1 master suite with a double bed, large wardrobes and an en-suite shower room
✅ 2 bedrooms with double beds and storage space
✅ 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (including one foldaway bed with a real mattress)
✅ 1 additional bathroom
• All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
• Family equipment available: baby cot, high chair and bed guard.

Enjoy a large private swimming pool measuring 4 x 8 metres (depth from 1.15 m to 1.70 m, with step access), ideal for both children and adults.
💦 Pool heating available (May, June, September, October and sometimes April depending on weather conditions) at an additional cost of €15/day for heating (for the entire stay plus the 3 days prior to arrival).
The villa also offers a spacious 1,000 m² garden with:
• Outdoor dining table for 8 guests
• Garden lounge area
• Sun loungers

• During the winter season (mid-October to late March/mid-April), electricity and Wi-Fi are charged separately.

The house and surroundings are perfect for a peaceful holiday! The pool is very clean and well serviced. The outdoor areas and garden are well kept. The owners as well had bicycles in the shed that we could use to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. We absolutely enjoyed our week in this house!

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks with young children and grandparents in may. Upon arrival we were greeted and showed around. Villa was clean, facilities and pool were also excellent. The villa is quietly tucked away down a lane and perfectly located so you can walk to the beach within 10 minutes. There was also a restaurant / bar and small supermarket for bread and essentials within walking distance and also go karts. A car is a must to get around to the larger supermarkets and explore the area. Great communication from host who answered any questions and we would love to come back and visit again soon. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely lovely - well equipped and the house keeper, Nuria, was so helpful. There are obviously a few things that need attention but this is not uncommon for a holiday rental and it was nothing that was too much of an issue. The swimming pool went extremely cloudy on the fourth day so we asked the house keeper to have the pool maintenance man arrive a day earlier but he didn’t come so we had a few days where we couldn’t use the pool. However, this didn’t ruin our trip and we would definitely recommend

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, ya que buscábamos tranquilidad y la hemos encontrado. La casa esta en mitad del campo pero tienes la playa muy cerca. Eso si, hay que ir en coche.La piscina esta muy bien, un día a la semana vienen a limpiarla y la zona exterior está adaptada perfectamente para el ocio, con mesa de Ping pong, cancha de baloncesto, zona de relax, etc… Eso si, recomendable llevar repelente…muchos mosquitos, arañas, hormigas…. Algo normal estando rodeado de vegetación.El recibimiento por parte de Nuria ha sido excelente, muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Un gusto encontrar personas así. Gracias por todo!
