Absolutely lovely stay and only 15 minutes from the dunes. House is all one level and there’s a chair in the shower (very accessible). Everything was very clean. In May we were greeted by hummingbirds every day. All needed toiletries were in the bathrooms and the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies. Perfect place for a few nights at the dunes!

The property is beautiful with very few neighbors around. The view is the Great Sand Dunes are stunning! Very clean cute place. We very much enjoyed our stay.
