The bedrooms are equally charming, with plush beds, soft linens and cozy, inviting atmospheres. The spacious master offers bedroom windows that overlook the mountains, offering a memorable view.
Outside, the farm is a spacious 110 fenced-in acres, perfect for hiking, long walks and outdoor relaxation.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary here and we hope this place is around for years to come for us to bring friends and family. The house was so light and airy inside with tons of space, lots of seating in the living room and dinning room, games of all kinds, and everything you need in the kitchen. Activities all over the property. There is so much room inside, very comfortable bed, lots of fans, bedding and really anything and everything you could need. The VIEWS, OMG from the front porch, living room and bedrooms. We would recommend this place to everyone wanting to have the BEST SAN LUIS VALLEY EXPERIENCE. Reed was our amazing host. He shared some valley history with us and helped us find places to visit we weren't aware of. We are so thankful to get to meet someone like him. Thank you REED!

Excellent place to stay, especially if you like a rural stay. Perfect for seeing attractions in southern San Luis Valley, such as the Sand Dunes. Large and comfortable. Dog friendly. Big area to walk dogs. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen and bar was very well stocked. Including items I would not expect, such as cooking oil, spices, and condiments. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.
