The gorgeous open-concept master suite offers a queen size bed, living area with pull out sofa bed, reading nook, full bath, and kitchen at the second bedroom is as elegant as a five star hotel with a plush queen size bed and 5 foot picture window overlooking a private landscape of juniper trees. The multipurpose loft has two fold-away twin beds, allowing it to be easily re-purposed as sleeping quarters or a space to do yoga, meditate, or just hang out.
Enjoy your modern bathrooms, one with a deep soaker tub and the other with a modern walk-in shower, both with natural slate tile and farmhouse touches. The kitchen has brand new appliances including a dishwasher and gas range, and is equipped with all the amenities you will need for a convenient and comfortable stay. Modern, well appointed, nice setting. Nice to have two separate areas. Glad there was a pull out bed on the main floor as the spiral staircase was too narrow to feel comfortable. Very clean but there was a noticeable odor. It was listed as 12 minutes from the Great Sand Dunes National park but that entrance was not accessible. Plan an hour drive to the GSDNP visitor center. Dunes are awesome! View of night sky incredible.

This house was amazingly laid out. It was super clean and had all of the comforts of home. Loved having a real coffee maker with coffee and filtered water in the fridge. We only wished we had stayed more than one night.

The property was just as seen on the listing if not better! Very clean with a well provisioned kitchen. The view is fantastic as well. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that our dogs were welcomed.
