Enjoy a private, quiet area for a family escape or a romantic getaway. The property offers hiking, picnicking, and an intimate covered table with views of the mountains. This home is in a covenant protected community and offers 65 miles of private roads to enjoy and ride your ATV/4 Wheelers. There is an expectation to be mindful of neighbors an follow the 30 mph speed limit. No open fires are allowed in this area. The home has 4 T.V's, board games, corn hole, cards, and puzzles for in/outdoor entertainment. Whether you are enjoying the outdoors or some quiet time in the home, we hope you enjoy your stay in our unique , tranquil property.
