Wintergreen unit located in the Silverton building at Cascade Village. Spacious two bedroom two bath condo and is perfect for your visit to the north Durango area. The master bedroom offers a wonderful king bed, flat screen and DVD, fiber optic WIFI, and a bathroom with his and her sinks and jetted tub on the second level. The main level has a full kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area, living room with a wood burning fireplace , flat screen, and deck. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a full bathroom on the main level.

We stayed in the condo for a wedding and loved the games that were on hand (had all the pieces), the bedding was clean and comfortable. We would have loved to have had a dustpan on hand to keep the floors a bit cleaner, but other than that- wonderful experience!

We rented this two bedroom condo for a one week stay and had a lovely time. The decor was cozy cabin, including a bear skin rug on the wall! We enjoyed a fire every night and used the full kitchen for our dinners. The views were breathtaking. Even morning, coffee, enjoying a fire and looking out at the mountains was like a dream come true.Ski rental was on property and we couldn’t get any closer to Purgatory if we tried! Brandon was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had along the way. We had an appliance issue while we were there and Brandon reacted within 20 minutes of us reaching out. I have seen many hosts over my years, but Brandon is in the top three of concerned and caring hosts that want to make sure we have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend any of the units in Cascade Village

We had a great stay in this quaint condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four and had an amazing view. It was clean and spacious. It’s not updated but honestly it didn’t affect anything. We would stay in this condo again. It was very clean. It did have a faint cigarette smell but that could have been from one of the next door condos.
