No one called the day before we were to rent the apartment. There was very little oil, coffee, etc.

Our stay went well. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. After booking, it took a few weeks to get a hold of the property manager so that we could understand check in logistics, but as our trip grew closer, the management company was responsive and helpful.
