Located at Alto do Moinho, in a privileged position above the Old Town, beaches and new Marina, this one-bedroom semi-detached house is a true haven of tranquillity. With refined decoration, it offers all the comforts of a home, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay. Upon entering through the private entrance on the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The spacious living room features a 70" Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Additionally, the living area includes a single sofa bed.
On the upper floor, there is a charming sun-bathed terrace, a bedroom with a balcony and a comfortable double bed, together with a wardrobe to conveniently store your belongings and an additional single bed. The complete bathroom features a generous shower, double sink, bidet, toilet and a washing machine for greater guest convenience.
To ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay, we offer a variety of amenities, including high-speed WiFi and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The accommodation is superb. Best property we have stayed in as a family with kids and all our bookings are minimum 4*. Lovely ground terrace for dining, plus roof terrace with sunbeds. Way modern and feels like home. The owner has gone all out to make the place feel like home. The location is tricky with a baby buggy, if walking to beach, restaurants and shops as route is steep with steps. We had one but our youngest was able to get out and walk in these areas. The pool is nice with plenty of sunbeds and the connecting bar/restaurant is perfect too. Very easy to get around with Uber is going further a field, otherwise all local needs are only 10mins walk

This was our first time in Portugal. The location of the apartment is great if you prefer a peaceful vacation. There's a great shared swimming pool area a few steps away with a bar/restaurant/tiny convenience store - all really good with very good service. There's also a very highly rated restaurant located in an old windmill right near the swimming pool where you can experience some great food and wine. Highly recommended! The apartment itself is really nicely designed, with tasteful furnishings and everything is very well taken care of. Our hosts were super proactive in their communication and always responsive.

This place is very central to old town- 15 minute walk to the square, the pool area is lovely and pool bar/restaurant was very good. The home itself was a lot bigger than anticipated and was perfect condition. Home Holidays were very responsive when messaging and always really friendly. Definitely reccomend !
