Property was well situated, clean, and quite secure; unfortunately; communication was lacking both as regards check in and as relates to issues that occurred during stay. A couple of examples would include:
1, vague description of specific property location, (even a local from same condo resort could not, in reading description, decipher it and provide accurate directions for location of property);
2, circuit breaker of suite went, requiring electrician's presence, no fault of owner; when asking the owner if repair's required our presence, were told no, only to be phoned later when we were an hour away from property, and asked if we could provide access to electrician. Given distance from property, we were not able to comply with request, requiring owner to explore other options for access.
