Mooie ruime lokatie gelegen nabij natuurgebied en strand op 10 minuten lopen. Niet de drukte van de stad maar binnen 7 minuten ben je in de haven. Ruime kamers, bedden ruim. Keuken met alles voorzien, klein balkon. Uitstekende keuze voor een korte vakantie!

Onduidelijk was welk huisnummer (en letter) het gehuurde was, via telefoon snel opgelost. Toiletbrillen hadden een grote barst (gemeld maar dat zou de schoonmaak ook kunnen doorgeven). Wasrek niet gevonden. Allemaal ook niet heel belangrijk, het is een uitstekend appartement!

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Lits confortable, propre. Un peu loin à pied du vieux Albufeira mais les marches en valent la peine. Fortement recommandé, je reviendrais n’importe quand.

Les photos indiquent une piscine chauffée et un terrain de tennis mais non accessible pour les locations.

Location was good,

Upper bedroom was stifling- very tiny velux window so no airflow. There was a fan but this only circulated hot air! Decor look ok on surface but it was showing signs of wear. Tiles that had been painted over were peeling, rattan dining chairs were all unravelling. Very tiny balcony with huge table meant that it was difficult for more than two people to use it. Big deal made about security deposit covering well maintained bedding and towels when there were no spare towels and the bedding was threadbare and stained on arrival! We took a video of the apartment on arrival as a record in case we were asked to pay for previous damage as the agent made such a big deal about the security deposit. I’ve been holidaying in the Algarve for over 35 years and I’ve never come across a cleaners tip jar placed in the property or been asked to pay a security deposit. This was also not returned within the maximum 14 days they state. I messaged them daily after days 14,15, 16 and 17 then finally phoned them and deposit refunded on day 20. You also lose out on the exchange rate and bank fees!
