Need a break and want to hang out on the beach, this is your place! Where else can you enjoy the beach, views and kitchen amenities! Come to A Place At The Beach and you won't want to leave!
Welcome to 'A Place at the Beach'. A Luxury Oceanfront, Non-Smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. You can smell the ocean air you are so close in this 3rd floor, direct oceanfront unit.
The homeowners association does not allow pets on site, sorry.
The pictures say it all but I will try to describe some of the best features. Highly desirable location, property books quickly during peak season.
This is a much sought after 3rd floor unit which makes it a highly desirable location in a modern building. Please keep in mind there is no elevator in this complex. There are no units above you and you have a great view from the oceanfront balcony. Both the master bedroom and living room open to a beautiful oceanfront deck with 3 colorful adirondack chairs. The condo has a central air conditioning system, beach style living room furniture and a 50' flat screen TV. Complete with air conditioning, which is located on the roof. The unit was recently remodeled with a complete new Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. The condo is nicely decorated with fun beach touches throughout and is a fantastic place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
This quiet building has its own private salt water pool surrounded by palm trees. The pool features a fun colorful theme, lounge chairs, picnic tables and sun umbrellas. They try to open the pool around May 1st, but this is dependent upon the weather, please check with owners before your travels. The pool typically closes around October 31, also depending on weather. There are secure rinse-off showers on the ground floor and a coin operated laundry room for your use. Located within the condo are beach fold-up chairs, a cooler, some buckets and shovels, a boogie board and noodles for the kids; so there is no need to haul all that stuff on top of your car. The condominium is 1/2 mile north of the Boardwalk which features seasonal rides for the kids, numerous shops and restaurants, fireworks on Thursday nights and Sunday movie night at the lake. Just blocks from the condominium is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals.
As a mark of quality 50% of our bookings are from repeat guests or referrals. We take pride in providing a clean quality condo for your enjoyment. I hope to see you at the beach this year.
If your party is more than 5 people, we can try to find additional properties for you in that same condo association.

Perfect location, very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach accessories if you forget yours! The host provides four very nice beach chairs, fluffy beach towels, toys and even a cabana. Despite the intense heat the AC kept the condo very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This beach stay was excellent! The view was awesome. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a great beach stay. The closest with beach chairs, cooler and towels really felt like an upgrade.
