An ocean breeze puts your mind at ease. Come relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo located at “A Place at the Beach” condominiums in northern Carolina Beach (918 Carolina Beach Ave N). Unit 1C
This renovated oceanfront condo is literally just steps away from the beach-access or from the complex's private saltwater pool. After having a fun day out in the sun, you can sit and relax on the deck with views of the dunes as you listen to the waves.
This end-unit is located on the first floor right by your parking spot. This is perfect for those with mobility issues or those who prefer not to carry luggage, groceries or beach equipment up several flights of stairs at the end of a long day.
This unit is situated in an excellent location in Carolina Beach as it is just across the street from a coffee shop/ cafe and market (North End Cafe to-go) and just a short walk (—Property includes—
1st bedroom with king bed and private bath (with standup shower)
2nd bedroom includes queen bed and twin bunk beds with hall bath (with tub/shower combination)
Living room includes a queen sleeper-sofa
Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances
No smoking is permitted in this unit
No pets allowed.
Sheets and bath towels are included (we do not provide wash cloths).
Bring your own towels for both the beach and pool.
Complex also includes coin-operated laundry on-site (across from unit on the first floor), charcoal grills and picnic-tables as well as bicycle parking at the beach access.
There is limiting parking in the town of Carolina Beach, therefore this unit can only accommodate 2 vehicles (each will need to display a parking tag, which is provided for the stay). Unfortunately electric golf carts cannot be accommodated as there is no exterior charging accessible. Gas powered golf carts can be rented or brought but will need to utilize one of the 2 alotted parking spaces.

Very nice condo - clean, well equipped. Being right on the beach is a plus, especially for the price. Slight delay getting into the condo due to a typo in the message with the door code, but nearly immediate response from the host with an apology and the correct code. Frustrating issue with parking due to other renters not following the rules for reserved parking, but thanks to the host notifying the owner of the condo being rented by the perpetrators, we were able to park in the reserved spot after the first day. No view of the ocean from the balcony (it actually looks directly into the dune), so if that's why you choose to stay on the beach, opt for a condo on a higher floor. Overall an enjoyable birthday weekend for my daughter.

Better than advertised in my opinion. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. Clean. Very well taken care of for the age of building. Excellent experience.

Code to door didn’t work when we got there . Spent about an hour looking for and finding right rental, then waiting for owner to let us in.Great beach access and location. Bed was comfy.Sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable. Ice maker did not work.Great cookware and utensils.Need curtains or blinds for sliding doors.Overall,good stay.
