About this apartment rental
Come enjoy the beautiful views of the beach from the front balcony and the intercoastal waterway from the back balcony. Relax and spend time with friends and family in this family oriented unit and at the beach. The front balcony is great for sunning during the day and listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breezes in the evening with a cool drink in hand.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of twin over full bunks. Makes a great kids room. My teenagers bring friends and always claim this room.

We had an amazing time at Andy’s place. The property was meticulously clean, the condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, and the location couldn’t be any more prefect. Also, having a clean pool for my kids to enjoy in between trips to the beach was a very nice addition. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, convenient condo! The condo was very clean, and the furniture was comfortable. It was well stocked. The beach is an easy, short walk across the street. Carolina Beach was not very crowded during our mid-May visit. Since the condo is on the top floor of the building, it offers a nice view of the beach in the front and a beautiful view of water in the back. Our group spent a lot of time on the front and back decks. The condo was accessed by several flights of stairs which was not a concern for our group, but the stairs could be a problem for those with mobility difficulties.The host communicated frequently and promptly, and we were provided with all of the information that we needed. Great experience and highly recommend!

Excellent views! Watched dolphins playing all morning in the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location, easy parking. My Bachelorette weekend was a huge success.

The host was super responsive and communicated promptly about any changes. The condo was very clean and you could see and hear the ocean that is across the street and in the back you could see the inlet with the boats and such. Very quiet, the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook. Very happy with our stay, would definitely book again!
