About this house rental
Pristine town home on Carolina Lake. First floor with enclosed 2 car garage and outside deck area. Second floor main level includes updated full kitchen, dining area, bedroom, living room and walk out deck. Third floor has two bedrooms with bathrooms and separate bunk bed area in the hallway. The master bedroom includes a walkout porch. Great views of the lake and beach front community from the second and third floor decks. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Cable TV and internet included. Green-way path surrounding lake for walking, running, biking. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great eateries and shopping just a walk away. Weekly events include free Movie night on the lake every Sunday, Fireworks every Thursday night, farmers and craft markets, nightly Carnival adjacent to the boardwalk. Some of the above activities are seasonal. **There is a renovation of the lake that is to be completed January 2026. It affects a very short portion of the greenway around the lake. It does not prevent from getting to any destination.

It's was amazing clean rooms everything was great and short walk to the beach the air conditioning was prefect and the kitchen was great has everything you needed everything was great and clean

Host was very easy to communicate with and the location was fantastic, couldn't ask for better views other than ocean front

Had multiple stains in bedding and towels. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms and the soap that was provided was practically just water. Was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi and when we messaged the host there was no reply. View was great though and was a quick walk to the beach
