-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay. Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.
-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-NO SMOKING + NO PETS allowed at this property.
-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
*Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee*

My family had a great week at this location! The apartment is in a beautiful location, right on the beach. It was delightful having ocean views and being able to see the board walk fire works from the living room. The pool for the complex is maintained really well, and was great for when we needed a break from the beach. The area has a lot of fun and interesting attractions for families, including the aquarium, the ferry to Southport, and museums in Wilmington. The apartment was very clean and had most of the essentials we needed, and the building was quiet. The owners were very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to other families with small kids.

Great location, let’s face it, that’s what we are paying for. But the checkout tasks are out of control: take all the garbage out, strip all the beds, clean the fridge, load all the dish washer, put dishes away). The deck was VERY spongy, seemed like they put tar paper down to keep it together, don’t jump on it. But all in all, if you want the beach, you got it
