The newly renovated kitchen and dining area offer ample seating for guests with a dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools at the peninsula. The living room features a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and additional seating for guests. Just off the living room, the Patio overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Bluff Villa Community.
This second story Bluff Villa s (stairs only) is located conveniently near the highly sought-after South Beach Marina area of Sea Pines. Guests can conveniently walk to the beach in less than five minutes! The Bluff Villa community has beach access directly in front of the community entrance.

we had a great 4th of July! we were close to the beach and close to the marina where we had our boat. the condo was great!! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed! quick response to all questions and needs

Lovely furnishings, comfortable, plus extras like beach chairs and a hairdryer. Super close to the Salty Dog restaurant, general store, and ice cream stand. We appreciated the added credits toward activities.
