The Space:

This fully updated kitchen is amazing, they thought of every detail for families who love to cook at home on vacation. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining or family time while preparing meals. In the living room you will find new, comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. The second floor has one primary bedroom with a king size bed, ample closet space and a beautiful view. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom is another primary suite with a king size bed and shares the third floor with the loft bedroom. This room would be great for kids, with bunkbeds and a clubhouse hangout feel. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the cove, wander a short walk to the beach or head over to the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe and many other island activities.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Great location if you love to fish and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The villa has plenty of room, clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here.

We had a fantastic time at the villa during our stay in Hilton Head! Great price, location and very spacious. You are a short walk to public beach access and can fish right out the back door in the bay! Plus the view is beautiful back there at sunset and sunrise. Thanks for everything!

The property was in need of a little care. The front and back screen doors were torn making them unusable. The floors had a lot of cat or dog hair on them, after vacuuming 3 times I could still see it floating in the air. The air conditioner unit was in need of cleaning. The bathrooms and beds were nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The area is nice and beach access is a walking distance. I would stay again but would request a different unit.
