Welcome to 11 Braddock Cove Club - a beautiful four bedroom, four and half bathroom townhome located on the tip of the Island. This townhome has absolutely breathtaking views of the Braddock Cove Sound and can sleep a group of up to ten guests.
Braddock Cove Club is located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines and boasts some of the best sunsets on the Island. Walk over to the South Beach Marina and the famous Salty Dog Cafe within minutes. Enjoy all of the shops and restaurants that area has to offer! For beach lovers, you are a quick two to five minute walk away from the beach!
A nice perk of this waterfront property is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog.

We are long time Hilton Head folks. However, we have never stayed in Sea Pines until this year. I think we were missing out! This house was in great condition, was in a great location and the beaches were fantastic! The house was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 10, plenty of storage in the garage for chairs and beach items. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the fish jump out of the water. Beach access was very close and not hard to get to. We had good communication from the company prior to arrival. We would highly recommend this house. This rental came with a gear credit with VayKlife - I was not happy with them at all, but that has nothing to do with the house. Get your bikes from somewhere else.

Would definitely rent this home again & also use this company again! The entire process was organized and easy & Coastal was incredibly responsive, responding (via email) within minutes. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the property was in great condition. Beach towels were provided for us as well as extra blankets and plenty of towels. The views were beautiful, it is in a quiet location, and just a few minute walk to the beach.

It’s a great house with amazing views and easy access to South beach pool and beach, but the house needs some much needed maintenance and tlc.
