You'll have a private swimming pool on your fenced front patio, as well as an incredible new (2024) back deck where you can grill, dine in the shade, and watch passing golfers negotiate the 18th green.
Enter through the front pool terrace, which is fenced for your privacy, and step inside to find an airy foyer with lofty ceilings, cool brick pavers, and a skylight to let in the sunshine. As you move throughout the house, you'll discover an open layout that's all on one floor and central air conditioning to keep you comfortable all summer. The living room is just ahead, offering a plush sitting area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, immense windows that frame the back deck and the golf course, and a bistro table where you can play cards or catch up on a bit of work from home. A two-sided fireplace separates the living room from the formal dining room, where sliding glass doors and a mirrored wall bring the beauty of the outdoors in. The property is conveniently located to the beach access and all the amenities of sea pines. Parking at the house was on a concrete drive with plenty of space. The layout of the home is great with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large foyer, a large galley kitchen with pantry and laundry areas. The kitchen has a pass thru to the large dining room. The living room is spacious with furnishings that are not fancy but very adequate. Each bedroom has multiple beds and a full bath. Wifi is great and there are tvs in each of the bedrooms and the living room. The home is pet friendly and one level with easy entry which were all necessary for our family. The brick foyer is so practical for wet/sandy feet. The pool is small but great for relaxation and there is plenty of seating around the pool. The deck overlooking the golf course has plenty of seating and includes one table suitable for outdoor dining. There is also gas grill. The deck is under a beautiful canopy of trees-just make sure to bring your insect repellent. I've never seen a kitchen in a rental more fully stocked with all appliances in good working order. The furnishings were not fancy but quite adequate. The house does have serious plumbing issues that were evident immediately. Vacasa was great in their response when the plumbing issues became a plumbing emergency. We would definitely stay at this property again once the plumbing issues are fully addressed and repaired.

This house was in a perfect location— a quick bike ride to the beach and only about a seven minute walk. We also biked to Harbourtown, colony, and South Beach with no issues. Our kids loved the pool and the house was stocked with many amenities that were useful. We loved the beach chairs, and the appliances were also fairly new. Overall great stay and will definitely consider staying at this rental again!!

The home was spacious with a full bathroom in every bedroom. The back deck was under large shade trees. It had plenty of tables, seating and overlooked the golf course. Swimming pool was a perfect size and came complete with plenty of floats and toys. The pool area also had plenty of tables and chairs. The home owner provided beach chairs and a beach wagon. The kitchen was fully stocked and had what appeared to be new appliances including a washer and dryer. Check in thru vacasa was quick and easy. Best of all was the location. 2 minute bike ride to the beach club or a short walk with the wagon. Centrally located to harbor town and south beach. An easy bike ride to each.
