Located just a short walk from the beach on the Calibogue Sound in Sea Pines, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa features an open plan with plenty of room to enjoy family game or movie night. The open living space includes a large dining area where everyone can gather for a traditional meal, or you can enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious covered balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped and beautifully appointed. Get your chef on and prepare a gourmet meal, or just put on the morning coffee and pack a lunch to take to the beach!
South Beach Marina is only steps away from your villa for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1714 Bluff Villa is located in Building 2, 3rd Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Our family of seven, four adults and three children, enjoyed our stay very much despite extremely hot weather. We found the property to be very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of linens for all of us during our five day stay. The only disappointment was the extremely small shower in the master bedroom. It was actually about the size of a shower on a cruise ship. Additionally, hand held showers would be a great improvement.

Perfect location - excellent beach for little ones and families - and such easy access from property. Very clean and excellent communication from management company. Loved that beach chairs and beach supplies were there too. Will be back!
