Located on the third floor and accessible by stairs only, the villa features an open-concept layout designed for easy gathering and relaxed coastal living.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample counter space and a large island that opens to the dining and living areas, creating a central space for meals and time together. The expansive living room flows seamlessly onto a private balcony, where guests can enjoy views of the Calibogue Sound across the street. Beach access is conveniently located just a short walk from the villa, making it easy to transition from morning coffee to toes in the sand.
The primary bedroom includes a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom features two Full beds and its own flat-screen TV.
