About this cabin rental
Summary:
We have a 2 bed room cabin available for rent located right next to the Hatfield McCoy ATV trail system, along with being located in Gilbert, WV which is the HUB of all good trail riding available!
We are only 1 mile to the Rock House trail head.
We are just a 10 minute ride to the new trail system Braveheart.
You have your own private hot tub, sun room, and private outdoor getaway to relax at night.
There is a futon available in the sun room as well.
The Space:
Cabin located on 40 acres on the mountain side, about 300 yards off the road so you have full privacy
The Driveway is not cleared or salted during the winter months!!
Guest Access:
It is recommended to have 4WD truck, however we have several guest that come in a car and rent there machines to ride, so is not required just recommended.
Getting Around:
You can drive your ATV, dirt bikes, side by sides directly on the road to the trails or town.
Other Things to Note:
The Driveway is not cleared or salted during the winter months!!
Interaction with Guests:
My wife or myself are normally around if you need help just give us a call and we will do our best.
There is an amazon echo with a speaker that can be moved around or outside that will play music all you have to do is ask it to play whatever kind of music you are wanting, it will also help you with weather, it's located in the kitchen with a speaker in the sun room for music.

Beautiful house. Very private and quiet which is what we needed. Drove the sxs right from the house to Rockhouse trail. Hot tub was relaxing. Porch was perfect for afternoon cocktails and the back room came in handy when it was raining. Being full of windows it still felt like we were outside. Owners are wonderful, easy to deal with. As everyone said, driveway is sketchy. All in all, it was a great place. We were very happy and satisfied!!

Headed to the mountains for a few days to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails and found this beautiful cabin tucked away in the hills of Gilbert! Fantastic location! The folks around town are friendly and welcome riders from far and wide. We had a great trip and will definitely be back!!
