The beds are very comfortable. I wished there were blankets because the quilt was very thin. It’s quiet and very relaxing. The floors need a deep clean. When I cleaned up some water the paper towel was brown after I finished. There was a smell of sewer when we first arrived but after the diffuser and air freshener it got better. The house had everything you needed for cooking. Love,love,loved the heated bathrooms and toilet seats. We had a wonderful stay and a great time. We did get a gooseneck trailer across the bridge- best advise back in, you won’t have any issues. The owner was so kind and friendly providing great advice for a first time trail rider. We would stay again.

Parking was great especially since we had several full sized trucks with trailers. Drive way is tight pulling in (sharp turn) but we made it work. Beds were comfortable, porch was great to sit on after riding side by sides all day. I would recommend bringing extra towels and your own pillows. House was located near several trail heads, a dollar general and several gas stations.

Has everything you need. Huge parking area. Perfect location for trail riding, closest to buffalo mountain trailhead. Just minutes from trail access. Quiet road, relaxing to hang out by the fire pit in the evenings. Would stay here again.

The host was great and quick with communication. The place was really nice and a perfect location for us. There is a sewer gas smell in the house that should be fixed asap.
