About this house rental
Spacious home located off 300+ miles of Hatfield McCoy on Devil Anse Trail and nestled between Rockhouse & Buffalo Mountains. Home sleeps 12 comfortably. Large Gravel lot for ample parking for any size trailers. Home is conveniently located to fuel, the largest HMT souvenir shop, attractions and restaurants. Once you offload your atv/utv there is no need for truck & trailers.
Home is equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and a laundry room. Kitchen has toaster, waffle maker, coffee pot, keurig, crockpot and air-fryer. There are 2 charcoal grills and a picnic table out back. Front covered porch with gliders, rocking chair and other seating.
Firepit by the parking area (no curfews) and an indoor fireplace.
Host can provide any recommendations for area attractions, sights to see on trails, guides, dining in the area and atv/utv mechanics/parts or tow if needed.
Direct trail access is available as well as where to purchase trail passes if needed.

Great location for trailriders. Clean spacious house. Host was helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Nice spacious home with many amenities. Great location to trails. Quiet neighborhood - no loud road noise as we have experienced at other properties.
Only issues were: I could not get the front door to bolt when we left, even after following instructions. And could have used a few more towels, especially in the kitchen. Also, please advise other guests if they need to provide blankets. I typically always carry a few thankfully.
Loved the amount of space in the house for relaxing and for eating meals/playing games.
We will return. Thank you
