About this house rental
Summary:
If you're looking for a place that is spacious and close to everything then we have it here. The Big House has been completely renovated so everyone is sure to feel comfortable no matter what adventures brings you to WV. We are short drives to Pinnacle and Hatfield & McCoy trail connectors as well as plenty of Outlaw trails or make a day trip to Winterplace resort for skiing and tubing. Come relax at the new outdoor pavilion to hangout/grill. No matter what you're doing we have you covered.
The Space:
The Big house has been completely renovated both upstairs and down. It offers plenty of space for all 16 guests and pets. Downstairs you'll have the din area with a large sectional, electric fire place and big scree tv that is perfect for relaxing when you come back from the trails. Large dinning room with large table so all guest can sit and enjoy a meal together. In the kitchen you'll find all new stainless appliances and new cook top as well as an air fryer. We also supply a drip coffee maker for guest use. In the back of the house we have a mud room with a washer and dryer. You will also find the 5th bedroom with a private bathroom and two queen beds.
Upstairs:
Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were all guest will stay. The two front bedrooms are large rooms that consist of a queen bed and two twin beds in each room. These rooms share a jack and jill bathroom. The two rear rooms consist of a queen bed and a twin bed. Each bedroom has its on portable heater so guests can set the temperature in their room to their liking.
Guest will also have access to the grilling and hangout area right behind the house in the red building. This building is heated and cooled which makes it the perfect spot year round for hanging out when you come in right off the trails to fire up the grill and kick back as you wind down for the evening. Inside the building you'll find two large tables, a sectional, plenty of seating, and a big screen TV.
Guest Access:
When guest rent the Big House you'll have access to the whole property with exception of the basement and attic areas. These are for storage proposes only and are off limits to guests.
