Great home for our two families to reconnect. Perfect launching site to enjoy the surrounding activities. Kitchen well stocked with all essentials for cooking for everyone. Beds/accommodations comfortable. Host available if needed.

Nice home. Plenty of room for us and our adult children, their spouse and 2 grandchildren. Close to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen well equiped with everything we needed.

-There was a lack of communication with property manager (Stephanie).
-There was a major insect infestation (kitchen, bedroom, and personal belongings) despite us cleaning and keeping the house tidy. We have photos and videos of the ant & spider infestation. We messaged the property manager the morning of the checkout because we had a packed schedule and wanted to maximize our stay. However, the property manager replied saying she was unaware of insects and implied if we told her sooner, she would have contacted maintenance. Shouldn’t Stephanie have informed us about the availability of maintenance prior to our arrival?
-We then sent two additional follow-up messages along with more photos and videos and also asked for a partial refund but no reply.
-We followed-up a third time stating we’ll escalate the complaint. Only then Stephanie replied with a long message, denying our request for partial refund.
-We replied with a long message, having a clear timeline breakdown for further clarity. Stephanie hasn’t replied to this message yet…
