Your Kimball getaway awaits at this lovely Lodge 2nd-3rd Floor. There are two bedroom on the top floor, which one has 2 twin beds 2 full beds and the second has 2 full-size beds. The two other bedrooms on the second floor, one has 1 full and a twin bunk bed, and the other bedroom has one full-size bed. There is also a pull-out couch in the living area, The living room areas have couches, including a large dining table with chairs in the dining area. There is a flat screen TV that has Cable in the second floor living area and a flat TV on each bedroom with access to Direct TV, Disney and HULU. This property is perfect for families or groups of friends, easy access to Hatfield-McCoy's Trails for your maximum ATV riding experience. We also offer ATV's and Side-by-side rentals, and passes for the Hatfield-McCoy trails. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, washing and dryer machines, 1 full kitchens, during your stay. The 3 bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers for added comfort. We think our place will help you experience everything Kimball has to offer. Our cottage has a fire pit with chairs provided. The Lodge comes with good FLAT parking areas to accommodate trailers, vehicles and ATVs. Plenty of space for your friends, family to create long lasting memories.
