Beautiful large front porch with rocking chairs and hammock. One full bath (renovated 2019), one 3/4 bath, one outdoor shower (hot and cold water). Three bedrooms (one bedroom includes a kind bed, one bedroom includes a queen bed, one bedroom includes two full beds). Off street parking for 3 vehicles. Knotty pine dining room. Cable/WIFI. Gas grill. Feel at home while enjoying all that Wells and the surrounding areas have to offer. Lots to do in the Summer and Fall.

Wonderful beach house with an amazing wrap around porch. Plenty of living and dining space. Good parking. Easy access to beach and Wells amenities.

We had 4 adults and 2 teens and the house was clean, comfy and spacious! We loved having our morning coffee rocking on the front porch and the easy 5 minute walk to the beach! It was one of the most relaxing vacations ever!!
