About this apartment rental

This is a very comfortable, well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Fully stocked kitchen. All linens provided. Conveniently located to the beach, the bay, shopping and restaurants. The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, tiki bar, and a boat ramp and pier. There is also covered parking underneath the unit. 3 night minimum.

For use of the boat ramp and pier
there is an extra charge. Please inquire about this.

Host was great to with work and easy to communicate with. Condo was great for a fishing getaway and had everything we needed. Our boat and truck fit great underneath the unit, and the fish cleaning station was nice for the daily catch. Multiple public boat ramps near by if you don’t want to pay the HOA fees.

Love the condo was very nice and clean only down side the walk to the beach is a bit hard because you have to cross a busy street.
