Admiral’s Quarters 303 is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Gulf-front condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, this third-floor unit offers breathtaking views, spacious accommodations, and all the comforts of a coastal retreat.
The inviting living room is filled with natural light and offers direct access to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf—perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. A queen sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and is complemented by a dining table and a convenient wet bar with a beverage cooler—ideal for entertaining or relaxing evenings in.
The spacious primary suite is a private haven, featuring a king bed, balcony access, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. A half bath is located in the hallway for added convenience.

This property comes with two free parking passes for your stay. You can find these passes located inside the welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Very comfortable bed, adequate kitchen but wish there was a Keurig. Turning on television was so much easier than previous condos we’ve stayed in. Easy checkin and checkout. Staff was very responsive to our questions or needs.
