CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.

The property was very clean. Someone was always cleaning the lobby. The unit was very spacious and well kept. The elevators were never a problem. It was close to many restaurants and marinas. The beach area was not crowded for it being July. I would definitely stay there again. The communication with the host was great as well!

This condominium was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for the kids to move around and enjoy themselves. There was plenty of room for the adults to lay back and enjoy their time. And it was very professionally kept. The amenities that were available were great for exactly what we needed. We used the inside pool, the kids played on the beach, and it was accessible to everything such as the softball games, shopping, and restaurants. Thank you so very much!
