Additional outdoor amenities include huge outdoor pool with covered pavilion, tennis court, and BBQ area. This unit is updated throughout with granite counter-tops and tile flooring. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for family meal prep and plenty of seating for dining. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the private balcony. Three flat screen Smart TV's, DVD player, free WiFi and kid games are available. Private washer and dryer within unit. - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove-top, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposable, microwave, etc.
-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach/ pool towels.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.
POLICIES:
-NO smoking in condo, on the balcony, or in the hallways allowed.
-Must be at least 23 years old to book
-Additional fees and taxes may apply
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
-Ring doorbell camera located outside of unit door entry for security purposes.
-Check-in at 3 p.m.
-Check-out at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)
