About this apartment rental
This fresh and beachy condo has an unobstructed view of the beach from across the street. It is conveniently located near a light where you can cross to a dedicated beach access. With 2 bedrooms, bunkbeds and sleeper sofa, it can accommodate up to 8 guests (bunkbeds most suitable for children or small adults), with 2 full bathrooms. This condo is part of our clean bed program. Guests love the feeling of crisp, clean bedding, and we do too. Our Clean Bed program ensures that all bedding, including top layers, is freshly washed for every stay. No reused blankets, no doubts—just a spotless, comfortable experience you can trust.
The full-sized kitchen is roomy and fully stocked with equipment, small appliances, and open bar/counter area. A 6-seat dining table, and 2 bar seats, offers plenty of eating space for 8. Washer and Dryer are available inside the unit for easy access to cleaning clothes. Private balcony has outdoor furniture, and great beach view.
Parking is paid to building management online. Once on the property, scan the QR code in the elevator. Each pass is $50.
Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am
No Smoking in unit, balcony, pool, or veranda area.
Pets are not allowed.
Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
Primary Renter Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Good location! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of towels and plenty of room for our family. The cookware available and coffee machine were not so great but we made it work!

Wife kids and I all stayed. Was an awesome place and location. After a 13 hour drive with an 9 month old they had our room ready early for us so we could check in and get our little guy settled in and not have to wait a few more hours. Would definitely book again!

This place is amazing! It is conveniently located right in the heart of orange beach. It has a great view of the gulf! The condo pool is nice with plenty of room! The Grand Caribbean is so versatile, you can bring your family for all the beach fun or a guys fishing trip. There is literally a boat ramp and slips right behind the parking lot!
The booking process with coastal realty vacations is top knotch! Patrick and team ALWAYS answer any questions you may have. Coastal realty vacations is the BEST and EASIEST beach rental company! My overall experience with Patrick and team was amazing. Definitely a 10/10! Thank you!! We will be back!
