Mid century style near Nimman and Maya

Very easy check in. Location was perfect. Directly across the street from One Nimman.

The property is old and needs updating. Guests are not allowed to use the pool.

Spacious studio. Completely safe as it’s in a condo. Great amenities and facilities in and around the building, gym, restaurant, sauna, to name a few… (There even is a vending machine on the ground floor that has even more drinks than a normal coffee shop, so that you can have any soda, coffee or matcha at any time of the day). Owner super quick and responsive every time we needed to text them! Few minutes walk to great restaurants and to the big MAYA shopping centre. The apartment has a fan, AC, and big wardrobes if you need space for your clothes or luggage, there is also an iron. For laundry you just need to go to the left-side end of the ground floor and for a couple of baht you can get your laundry washed and dried!

The location is great! Very close to Maya Lifestyle Mall and an abundance of other shops.

The AC would leak despite someone coming to look at it.

Great location near Maya Mall and One Nimman. Wonderful neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Building is older but OK. Has a nice laundromat on site with dryers.

Was provided the wrong keys on arrival. Then the condo was not clean on my stated arrival time of 2pm. Had to go to the mall while the cleaners who arrived 30 min after me prepared the condo. Bed is a bit firm like most Thai beds but OK. Condo furnished with a mis-mash of leftover chairs and furniture. Kitchen table had 2 cheap, very short, backless stools that were totally useless. Had to buy bleach to clean the mold in the shower. Shower drain barely worked even after using drain cleaner. Bath sink drain blocked on the 3rd day, had to buy more drain cleaner to unstop it. Bathroom light for over sink / mirror was burned out. Provided with only 2 bath towels, 1 very old, stained kitchen towel and 2 small bottles of water (4 other places I stayed over 4 months in CM had unlimited bottles of water) for a 24 day stay. Microwave is ancient and barely worked. Owner said I should have let them know about the problems but at the price I paid you should NOT have this many issues. And I also did not anyone coming in during my stay - so I got by.
