Chiangmai​, Nice View on hight floor

This is a great unit on a high floor with a beautiful view. It was quiet and well equipped with a good kitchenette, big bathroom, and a great use of the space. It also has great natural light and is a comfortable space. It's also a half block away from One Nimman, this is a great central location for walkability and access.

The bed was a bit hard, but had great bedding and pillows. The TV doesn't really work but it wasn't a big deal for me.

Good size room close to Maya and Nimman close to Nimman one and many restaurants

The bed is to hard for me . The television remote was not working properly. The bathroom could use some hanging space to put your towels

It is a nice condo in a 15 story building. 2 elevators service the floors. Very good security. The balcony had a nice view. It was quiet inside and out. The bed was super comfy and there were 4 pillows- 2 firm and 2 softer. The location is 5min walking distance to MAYA Mall and surrounding shops in the upscale Nimman area. Old town and Chinatown are also an easy walk or a quick ride on a red truck. The owner was always quick to respond to any message. I would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom has a screened small window to an all floors vent shaft that permeates the bathroom with cigarette smell. I suggest to the owner that an optional plug be available.for tenant use to shut that window. I assume it's there to inhibit mold production but AC is dry and cool so mold will not grow when the condo is in use. Also, the TV set turned on but I don't think it's set up with cable. I don't usually watch TV but others might be disappointed. The kitchen could use a better fry pan and a spatula for turning eggs.
