L’emplacement, et la proximité avec bar et restaurant. Le confort et les équipements très appréciable pour un long séjour.
L’isolation phonique des parois et de la porte d’entrée, on entend tout ce qu’il ce passe dans le couloir et dans les appartements voisin.
