Heart of Nimman boutique apartment

I stay here was very nice, but my only issue was the owner not getting back to me on a timely manner when I was checking in. There are a lot of instructions on how to get in and it was very confusing but eventually, I figured it out by asking people.Other than that, the place is exactly as described. One thing you should know is that the washer is on the patio. I had to ask a neighbor where it was cause I had no idea.

First time for us using Vrbo/staying at an apartment rather than hotel. Good communications with hosts - very responsive. Property is in a very good location, many things nearby - food, shopping centre and smaller shops. Apartment is okay for two people, three would make it a little crowded. Disappointed on the odd thing that didn't or not usable in apartment - but hosts very open to feedback. The apartment does have quite a few knick-knacks which gives character - but might not be to everyone's taste. One slight annoyance was the big picture behind the sofa, and avoiding leaning back and resting your head on it. Wifi generally good. Planes do fly almost overhead - but there are not many. Most noise is from the echo of doors closing as you have to pull fairly hard - but not a big thing. Washing machine came in handy. If you are short you might have fun plugging in/out various kitchen gadgets as they are relatively high up. But not many choices in the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We had an issue being able to download the check in information, but Ladislav was very communicative and kept working until we got what was needed. The apartment could use a few more towels and dishes, but otherwise met all our needs. It is quiet and very close to One Nimman which has some great restaurants. Grab and taxi drivers are unfamiliar with the address so be ready with it written our and a screen shot of it on google maps. I tried to add it to Google maps and as the week went on it seemed they had more success finding this. Loved Chiang Mai!!

The property and the apartment are modern, and clean. The location is great and there are plenty of activities, restaurants, cafés, lounges, and places to shop.
