This is a really chill, very affordable place to stay in London. The room was clean, the bathroom was great, and the overall facilities were good. I also really appreciated the Italian breakfast option, it was super convenient to grab a quick snack in the morning, like a piece of fruit or a yoghurt. The property is located in a residential area, so it’s nice and quiet. Even though there were other guests staying there, I hardly ever bumped into them.
Public transport, like the Overground, is a short 10+ minute walk away. The Windrush line is the closest station, but keep in mind that it stops running around midnight. If you plan on enjoying London's nightlife, it’s not the most convenient location, night buses are an option, but the journey takes ages. The immediate residential area also lacks convenience stores and dining options; the nearest supermarket and restaurants I found were around Brockley Station.

Coffee machine is not great, for the bench space it takes. A simple pod machine or such would suffice. Milk wand difficult to use. Bed mattress room 2 is very hard.. perhaps a topper?

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und familiär! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von den Besitzern rundherum bestens versorgt und mit wertvollen Tipps unterstützt! Der nahegelegene Bus bringt einen direkt und kostengünstig in die Stadt. Auch der Pick-up und Bring-Service vom und zum Flughafen hat uns das Reisen sehr erleichtert! Am Weg haben wir sogar noch eine kleine Stadtbesichtigung eingelegt 🤩
