La sympathie et la discrétion du personnel, la propreté des lieux et l'endroit qui est bien desservi.

Manque un rideau opaque et sombre pour cacher les lumières de l'extérieur la nuit. Un micro onde pour chauffer occasionnellement le lait ou autre.

Erica the hostess is lovely. A bit eccentric but in a good way She's funny and caring. Although she advertises dog friendly and me and Bruce was her first time she said having a dog staying. I think if Bruce was a human I'd be going to a wedding sometime soon. Don't be judgemental. It's clean. Towels coffee tea Fabby experience. I'll keep in touch with her because I go to London at least twice a year to visit my son Look out Erica me and Brucie will be back

It was very cheap for London and that should have been the warning! The host was lovely and friendly, beds were comfortable

This is a room in someone's home and needs to be advertised as such as the bathroom is a family bathroom. Cleanliness needs to be better. The property needs renovation but that wasn't an issue, it was the cleanliness. No curtains in the bedroom and there was a street lamp and main road directly outside the room. We wasn't shown any facilities, so was unable to make a drink. If I had known it was a room in someone's home, I wouldn't have booked it. Deadlock on an internal door which doesn't feel safe
