Host was very kind, bed was very comfortable, large room and great location.

A fan would be a great addition

The host running the accommodation was excellent. Very welcoming, on top of things, and genuinely working hard to please all guests. The room was big, spacious, comfortable with a home like feel. It had a tv, microwave and a mini fridge as well. It felt very private, and I rarely ran into anyone else while staying. The location is super close to the shops, groceries, restaurants, bus station, etc. I enjoyed staying here and felt comfortable and safe.

The only thing I will say is there was no fan or a/c but it had also been unusually hot at the time of my visit. Like 34+ degrees, so not really much you can do about it. You can hear quite a bit through the walls. However this is quite common for older houses in London and not the fault of the host. I am just not used to it. That being said it didn’t bother me at all, just something to be weary of, a very light sleeper might struggle at night. You do share a bathroom which some people might not like, but you would be aware of this when booking. The shared bathroom was always clean, and I never ran into any issues with it not being available when I needed it.

We booked this place as a overnight stop after a gig in Crystal Palace bowl. The location was great and plenty of free on street parking.

The room was not well equipped, the bed was broken and you felt as though you were being swallowed up when you even sat on it. The wardrobe was held together with thoughts and prayers. The shared toilet room was on a different floor and was dirty. Didn’t use the separate, bathroom/shower room. Oh and when we returned after the gig the key snapped in the lock. It’s not overly clear in the ad but this is one room in a guys house. The guy seems lovely but it’s not what you would expect for £90 per night, anywhere.
