Really liked the location in Sheringham near to the coastal path and 5 minutes from the facilities of the town.
Also the flat had a great shower and the garden was a lovely place for a cuppa or glass of wine .

The secure garden for dogs and humans to enjoy. Everything thoughtfully provided. Superb bathroom and the bath in bedroom is a special touch. Location… we walked everywhere, didn’t use the car once!
Front garden… it doesn’t do the flat any favours and gives a bad first impression. Looks tatty.

The interior of the property is levely but the exterior of the shared block that the flat is in is a bit scruffy and unkempt. Unlikely to be the owners of the flat's fault but it doesn't give a great impression.
