We very much enjoyed the location of the apartment in the small streets of this charming quarter of Concarneau. On arrival, I parked the car in a free public car park at the end of the street and I did not use it again for four days. We either took the pedestrian ferry nearby to the old town or we walked along the beautiful coastline to the small beaches and coves in the bay. The pedestrian ferry tickets can be purchased on the ferry in books of 10 for 8 euro. Small children travel for free. There are lots of interesting walks immediately from the apartment, such as the coastline, the harbour, the ship building area, the fishing port and the fortified old town. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a family of four. It remained cool in very hot weather for sleeping at night.

The locking and unlocking of the door to the street requires taking the apartment keys, even when some family members remain in the apartment. Also the doorbell for the apartment is not clearly marked and we disturbed the old person living on the ground floor unintentionally. The apartment could have had more kitchen implements and cutlery. The shower door needs to be secured.

du sable partout , le balai était cassé et depuis tres tres longtemps et non remplacé pas de café expresso aucun commerce autour ! et parking gratuit mais à 450 m une seule clé ! alors qu il faut toujours fermer à clé meme si une personne reste et une autre part , donc compliqué ! dommage pour des vacances un peu vieillot
