Pretty renovated house of 100m² located in the Porzou district, quiet and residential area of Concarneau. It is very close to amenities (Bakery 5 minutes walk, Fishmonger 10 minutes away) and the main attractions of the city.
You can walk (about 15min) to the Ferry du Passage (Small Boat) to reach the historic center and the walled city! A really ideal location halfway between the city and the beautiful beaches of Cabellou.
