Located in Concarneau on the 3rd (no elevator) and top floor of a quiet apartment building in the city center, the apartment (70 m²) features a bright living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.
Ideally located within walking distance of the beach, the Ville Close, the harbor, restaurants, and all the shops in the city center.
The building has a keypad entry system and a bike storage area.
Paid parking (during the season) and free parking nearby.

facing southwest, you’ll enjoy a magnificent ocean view of the Glénan Islands.
Equipped with a TV and internet box.
The kitchen:
equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking, with a view of the marina and the Ville Close.
The bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a 140×190 bed; the second has two 90×190 beds.
With a balcony, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun.
The bathroom:
featuring a shower, a vanity unit, and a towel warmer. Separate toilet.
The cleaning fee is 40 €.
Sheets and towels are provided.

Situation exceptionnelle, notamment pour couple ou adultes+adolescents.
Pour les moins de 13 ans, l’absence de balcon et/ou de jardin peut être un inconvénient.
Appartement partiellement mansardé très confortable et bien équipé.
