Spacious. Convenient. Everything needed. Location easy to find. Plenty of parking.

There were certain aspects that should have been completed properly like tiling the kitchen for hygiene reasons. The walls were filthy. The apartment needed a deep clean. There was dust along the skirting boards and some areas to both the bathroom and kitchen needed a really good scrub. The needing should have been white to show that it was clean. It was navy.

This 1 bedroom apartment had what we needed to cook breakfasts, sleep well and enjoy our long weekend in Derby. It was new and modern with appliances and a few cooking utensils.

The check-in directions sent us to the incorrect door. After lugging suitcases upstairs we discovered we needed to go the the right-hand door, not the left.

The flat was perfect, but no lift as described, and the confusion around how to gain access and the need to ring up ( with difficulty) to find out flat number, completely ruined experience for me. Incorrect access instructions were given.

Incorrect description of property ( it was described as having a lift and there wasn’t one, and because of my age/ health conditions I really needed a lift, and that was the reason I chose the property. I really struggled getting my luggage upstairs. Also I was given incorrect access instructions. On booking was told keys would be in lock box. 2 days before due to arrival I was emailed that somebody ( named) would be there to greet me. On the morning of arrival I was messaged saying keys would be in lock box. I was told left door, which was incorrect and should have been the right door. I wasn’t told which flat number, and it was difficult to get an answer when I phoned.
