Nice clean property in central location.

Good central location, clean and all modern amenities and nicely maintained facilities aswell as good kitchen utensils for cooking and nice bathroom with an additional en-suite shower in the main bedroom. Excellent host who was very welcoming and helpful went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay and also was very helpful and more than reasonable upon check out when my partner overslept and checked out later than she was meant to.

Great property but needs suitability changed

Very clean and well equipped

Advertising as have 3 beds ( 1 being a sofa bed ) suitable for 5 adults but no bedding or towels and being told by owner it’s not for 5 people so we had to share towels and bedding and sofa bed really wasn’t suitable as a bed, was quite dangerous to be honest as unstable.

If you are going to Derby city stay here

This property is first class. Its immaculately clean and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Its a new apartment and everything is a high standard. Very comfortable and everything you need is there. Its in a newly regenerated area so if you see the photos on google maps be aware its nothing like what you see. Its in a great spot for the city shops, bars, restaurants etc. If you are visiting the city this is a perfect find. We loved it!

We was a little concerned about obtaining and returning the key but we didn't have any problem even though we are of a mature age. It maybe difficult for anyone without a smart phone or who doesn't use the internet. We would suggest a rubber type bathmat for the shower and bath to avoid slips. Its only a suggestion as we didn't have a problem.

Plasent stay 😊

The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, in a newly built area just five minutes walk from the town centre. It’s a breeze to stroll through the shopping centre and end up right on the High Street. Two bathrooms offer both a bath and an additional shower. Thoughtful touches like complimentary slippers and biscuits made the stay feel welcoming. The host was super responsive, and I'd definitely recommend this place! The bonus of a car park visible from the window is great for peace of mind. The Smart TV with Netflix and mobile streaming capabilities was a nice perk. Out of the seven properties I've stayed in Derby, this was the nicest. Can't wait to book again!

The only downside was having to collect and return the key from a parcel locker a few minutes away, which caused some inconvenience. It would be great to have a key lockbox at the door for easier access.

Ideal for work or leisure in Derby

Fantastic location in a quiet street with easy on-street parking. Just 5 minutes walk to the city centre but no noise at night at all. Clean, modern apartment with plenty of space, good wifi and enough channels on the TV to amuse the teenager!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend a return visit sometime in the future.

Location was perfect. Flat was very clean, quiet. Bed comfortable. Easy safe parking outside flat entrance.

Regarding key collection: would have been useful to know it was the DPD secure locker as it was indicated it was a Keynest. Drop off was perfect as this time the instructions were for DPD. Minor point: Personally we would have liked a saucepan included with the kitchen utensils.
