Good value, comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

The apartment was perfect for our requirements - a place to sleep during a pre-Christmas family reunion for three of us. It was very comfortable, well located and, despite the busy road, quiet. It was also reasonably priced compared with other accommodation available in the city.

Large Flat and Great Host

Host is fantastic - super friendly and easy to communicate with. The flat is actually much bigger than it appears in the pictures - lots of space for a group of four! Really close to centre (15 min walk or 5 min taxi to the bars we were going to) and picking up the keys was really easy. Everything was super clean and kitchen/dining area is large with everything you need for a night or two. Would happily stay again!

Only minor thing is that the only bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms, but it really wasn't a big deal!

A clean and spacious apartment which is well looked after by an attentive host.

Booked this property for a one night stay with a friend and daughter. Before we arrived our host, Richard gave clear and friendly instructions on how to gain entry and help with parking options. He was very quick to respond when we had a query later in the evening and was again very helpful. The apartment itself was situated a short 10 minute walk from bars, restaurants and shops in the city centre. We found the apartment to be very clean, well equipped and nice and warm on arriving ( a nice touch to have the heating on with such a cold day).

Great property with excellent facilities.

Very clean, well maintained and spacious rooms. Good kitchen and bathroom. The layout worked very well for us with three double beds. Supermarkets very close by.

Some traffic noise from the busy road outside. Bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom. No designated parking but we managed to find on street space nearby.

Would not stay here again even though newish fit out and good host.

Newly fitted out so looked good. Beds were good and good darkroom curtains a positive for sleeping. Had an iron and ironing board. Spacious.

There was a major problem with the smell of the back rooms. Could not put my finger on what it was but very unpleasant. The host obviously tried to mask the smell with plug in aroma misters which seemed to make it worse. The front room was ok. There were also numerous minor issues such as: no mirror in the bathroom which is a problem for shaving, etc. The boiler went off twice and had to be reset. My daughter had a cold shower ( she was not happy). The shower stall was dirty. Main road was busy and near front bedroom meant I had to wear ear plugs. We have been travelling for 3 weeks and unfortunately was the worst value for money. Is a shame about the quality and value as Richard was trying hard and was a great host.
