Very clean, spacious and reasonably priced.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that I wouldve liked the bed to be a bit bigger.

The location was great, at the heart of the city. The rooms were decently spacious and neat. Overall a good property

The key is picked up from a separate location and had to return it before checking out which was not convenient. Also, the property feels like it is within student accommodation.

Decor & very clean

I booked this apartment for a two-night stay in Birmingham with my sister while attending a family funeral. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of what was advertised. The original apartment was advertised as having Wi-Fi, TV and Netflix, but these facilities were not available. As a result, we were moved to alternative accommodation. Whilst I appreciate the owners making an effort to resolve the issue, the replacement apartment was not of an equivalent standard. It had only one bathroom instead of two, a much smaller kitchen, and was generally more worn than the property shown in the listing.

I was also surprised by the nature of the accommodation provided, as the listing did not make clear that it was a privately managed short-term rental rather than a traditional serviced apartment or aparthotel. Had this been clearer at the point of booking, I would likely have chosen alternative accommodation. My main feedback to the property owners would be to ensure that listings accurately reflect the accommodation being provided, that advertised amenities are fully operational before guests arrive, and that a thorough cleaning and maintenance programme is undertaken across the apartments.
