Second time staying here. Should have been the third time but there was one time that this unit was sold out on our dates. That should speak volumes about how we appreciated this little cozy place.
Location - perfect as it is central. An abundance of eateries and shops downstairs and all around.
Check-in/out was seamless.
Cleanliness - almost spotless.
Facilities - everything worked as they should, including the washing machine, enjoyed Netflix on the tv too.
Parked on level 6 and it was close to the elevators.
There's a deposit to be paid before check-in and the host returned it promptly.
Will definitely stay here again.
Cannot fault this place, but maybe the host could provide 2 sets of keys for more convenience.

Bilik ala studio, selesa, bersih. View dari balconi cantik. Ambil kunci di mailbox mudah, parking ok.
Air minum perlu ada.. 2,3 botol baru berapa ringgit. Pengurusan dgn admin perlu diperbaiki dan dipertingkatkan..

Everything a Homestay should be. The self check-in was seamless. The unit is on the upper floor so it was very quiet. The facilities worked well for us. On top of everything, the Evo Mall is just on the ground floor, and there are a lot of eateries around.
The gym was another plus point.

There was an unpleasant, sweaty odour upon entering the doorstep. I hope the owner is aware of it and able to address it.
