The location is great. Value for money. The shopping mall just few steps away is very convenient. Ample parking spaces. Easy access to the parking area. Lots of shops nearby for your convenience. Air conditioning is very good, the fan is working well. All the appliance in the kitchen is working very well. The WIFI is working well. I like that there is a lot of sockets available and smartly located. Utensils in the kitchen is clean and usable.
The TV remote only turns ON?OFF, you can't control the volume. There is no remote for the TV box. TV box is set to turn off every 1 hour. I would have given a rating 10 except that, I have to remind the host to refund me the deposit. This is my second time staying here and I believe the host should improve on this.

all equipment present even the cutlery. even provide the iron, wifi, tv, fridge and to me if property provide extra garbage plastic / towel is 10/10.. some property not inc it
no carpet. i bring my son (age 1 years old). He still cannot walk properly and few time felt and hit his head. quite dangerous to me.
